Before purchasing, the recipient must reside in Montgomery County, Maryland. Certificates have no cash value and are non-returnable. Certificates are transferable to another Montgomery County, MD, resident.

Certificates can be of any value but must be above $100.00. The recipient is responsible for any shortage due to the amount of services requested.
